loud noise thin wall

the staff were very kind and helpful. the location was also quite convenient.

My room was not ideal. i was in room 304, and the noise was difficult to ignore. i could clearly hear the water pipes, and it was very loud. also, the bathroom of the room next door was right next to mine. I could hear the guest peeing and showering. it was impossible to relax or sleep well.

excellent location helpful staff dark furnishings lack of windows

the location was excellent, very close to the train station. the front desk staff offered great recommendations for local spots. i appreciated their help navigating the city.

the room felt dark due to the black furnishings. there were no windows in the corridors which added to the dim atmosphere. i prefer brighter spaces.

friendly staff good breakfast dark room slippery shower

i really liked the staff's friendliness. they offered advice readily. the breakfast was also good. it had a variety of choices and set me up for the day.

the room was a little dark. it needed better lighting, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. also, the shower was quite slippery. i slipped and fell, not ideal.
